Like many people starting their fitness journey, i know what it feels like to lack confidence, feel uncomfortable in your own skin and struggle to make progress despite putting in the effort.

Being in the game 10 years fitness completely changed my life. It taught me discipline, consistency and the confidence that comes from showing up for yourself every single day. What started as a goal to transform my physique quickly became a passion for helping others do the same.

Today through PHILSLOCKEDIN, i help people build muscle, lose fat and develop the mindset needed to create lasting results.
